At Prissy Snob Hair, we proudly offer premium-quality human hair wigs, bundles, frontals, closures, extensions, and hair accessories.

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in this policy.

By placing an order with Prissy Snob Hair, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All Sales Final

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Wigs

  • Hair Bundles

  • Lace Frontals

  • Lace Closures

  • Hair Extensions

  • Hair Accessories

  • Sale Items

  • Promotional or Discounted Products

Every order is carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure product quality and accuracy.

Eligible Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges may only be considered if:

  • You received an incorrect item

  • Your order arrived damaged

  • Your product contains a verified manufacturing defect

All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return review:

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and unaltered

  • Lace must remain uncut and intact

  • Original tags must remain attached

  • Original packaging must be included

  • Products must not show signs of installation, styling, washing, coloring, brushing, combing, or cutting

Items that fail to meet these requirements will not qualify for a return or exchange.

Return Authorization

Customers must obtain return authorization before sending any product back.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused directly by Prissy Snob Hair.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.

Refunds

Refunds are only available for approved claims involving:

  • Incorrect items

  • Damaged products

  • Verified manufacturing defects

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution

Exchanges

Approved exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

If a replacement product is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be offered at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once processing has begun, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact us before filing a chargeback.

Fraudulent or invalid chargebacks may be disputed using delivery confirmation, tracking records, and order documentation.
