Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information for your package.

  • Orders are only processed after payment authorization and verification have been completed.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $200.

Orders below this amount will have shipping fees calculated at checkout.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping and billing information is entered correctly at checkout.

Prissy Snob Hair is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • Packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses

  • Returned packages due to customer address errors

Order Tracking

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update within the carrier's system.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Prissy Snob Hair is not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or carrier-related issues.

If your tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

Refused Packages
